Dosage & Administration

• Dosage is strictly as prescribed by the physician, based on the type and severity of infection.
• Administered by intravenous (IV) injection or infusion.
• Must be prepared and administered by trained healthcare professionals.
• Dose adjustment may be required in patients with renal impairment.
