KRIZIL 500 is indicated for the treatment of:

• Respiratory tract infections (bronchitis, pneumonia)
• Ear, nose, and throat infections (sinusitis, tonsillitis, pharyngitis)
• Skin and soft tissue infections
• Sexually transmitted infections (as prescribed)
• Dental and throat infections
• Certain gastrointestinal infections caused by susceptible bacteria

Dosage & Administration

• Dosage and duration should be strictly as prescribed by the physician.
• Usually taken once daily, with or without food.
• Swallow the tablet whole with water.
• Take at the same time each day for best results.
• Complete the full course even if symptoms improve.

Caution

• For bacterial infections only; not effective against viral infections.
• Use with caution in patients with liver disease or heart rhythm disorders.
• Inform your doctor if you are allergic to macrolide antibiotics.
• Possible side effects include nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain, headache, or dizziness.
• Seek medical attention if severe allergic reactions, persistent diarrhea, or irregular heartbeat occur.
