• Bloodstream infections (septicemia)
• Gynecological infections

Dosage & Administration

• Administered by intravenous (IV) injection or infusion.
• Should be reconstituted and administered only by trained healthcare professionals.
• Dose adjustment may be required in patients with renal impairment.
